This program was specifically designed for real estate investors.

On this program you will need to provide any documents at all. You have to provide taxes, W2 or pay stubs. The only thing bank will look for is that the property that you are buying will cover itself.

So if your mortgage payment is $3000, the rent has to be $3000. That’s it. You can buy unlimited amount of properties.
